The individual should preferably have some retail experience, have an HR qualification, experience in headhunting, and the use of social media, e.g. Linked in to contact suitable staff. Must be proficient in advert writing and placing of adverts, using , where possible free sites on which job advertisements can be placed, booking training or ordering training material and ensuring it is delivered to the branches, and must be familiar with competency based assessments.
